The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be acted upon. Any information or details regarding yourself can be deleted from the server and backups upon your request
The information stored on the server will (will be encrypted) on the server and only used for correspondence
