It includes information you provide when you use our services or register your interest in our services including your details i.e. Name, Company Name and email address and the type of Vessels you may be interested in. This information is then stored by ourselves and our 3rd party email marketing solution (MailChimp) in order to promote your vessels or send you information of vessels you may be interested in
    •  Third Parties. We do not pass any information to third parties apart from information regarding your vessel/s in order for promotion and marketing purposes

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be acted upon. Any information or details regarding yourself can be deleted from the server and backups upon your request

The information stored on the server will (will be encrypted) on the server and only used for correspondence

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
